More on Swiss blocking Orders

Claude Almansi of ADISI (Cyberlaw Association of Italian-speaking Switzerland) informed me that the Vaudois judge first ordered the ISP Sunrise to take down the appel-au-peuple pages which where hosted on their servers at that time. But by the time Sunrise got the court order, the pages where already moved to geocities. The judge then ordered most ISPs to block access to the geocities pages but forgot to send sunrise a blocking order.
